At juwelierdevaal.com, we always ship your order using PostNL. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Your package will be delivered to you twice on business days within 24 hours. If the package is not delivered after two attempts, you can pick it up at the nearest post office.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The cost of returning the product from your home to the webshop is your responsibility. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. The product should be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging.
Returning Your Product
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been received in good condition.

Our warranty is equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty. This means that for a watch, there is a two-year warranty only on the watch movement. Warranty terms for other products are included with the products.
