At juwelierdevaal.com, we always ship your order via PostNL. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Your package will be delivered to you twice within 24 hours on working days. If the package is not delivered after two attempts, you can pick it up at the nearest post office.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. The product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
Returning your product
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions to returns
There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal. For example, sealed products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned. Personalized products, such as those with engravings, or products with signs of use such as scratches, are also non-returnable.
Our warranty is equal to the manufacturer's warranty. This means that for a watch, there is a two-year warranty only on the movement. Warranty terms are included with the products.
