Shipping and returns at Juwelier De Vaal

Shipping

Juwelier De Vaal ships orders with PostNL. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom and worldwide. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation.

Orders from €75 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands. Other countries have different free-shipping thresholds; see the table below. Online customers also receive a 10% welcome discount on their first order.

Shipping rates

Rates include VAT. “Free from” applies to the order amount including VAT.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Would you like to return an item? Please register your return first via our return page: register your return. After receiving and checking your return, we refund the full order amount including any outbound shipping costs within 14 days, provided that the product has been received in good condition.

The return shipping costs from your address to our webshop are at your own expense.

Return conditions

If reasonably possible, return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

How to register a return

1. Go to our return page: register your return.
2. Follow the steps on the page and complete the return registration.
3. Pack the item carefully and include the required details.
4. Send the package back to the address shown in the return instructions.
